Sermorelin references
Original experiments sit alongside reviews and editorials. A few starting points precede the complete bibliography.
Starting points
For the former pediatric use, begin with the multicenter growth trial and the review of diagnostic and treatment roles. For the short signal, use the intravenous and intranasal pharmacokinetic study.
I would pair the physiological argument for Sermorelin with the skeptical editorial about secretagogues and aging. Both are editorials. Their disagreement is useful company for the experiments.
The tesamorelin cognition trial, fibroblast experiments with MR-409 and MR-502 and computational glioma screen repay particular attention to the methods. Each takes the GHRH subject somewhere different.
